  • Inconspicuous pale green flowers on separate male and female plants; Aug-Dec
  • Round, yellow, inedible berry-like fruit
  • A plant of moist, shaded gullies

Requirements:

  • Full to semi-shade
  • Moist well-drained soil

  • Stems and wood used for spear ends and fire making
